Under-Warranty Systems: We do not provide repair, maintenance, or servicing for water purifiers currently covered under an original manufacturer’s warranty. Servicing an under-warranty system through an unauthorized third party may void your manufacturer warranty. If your unit is under warranty, please contact the respective brand’s authorized service center directly.

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): We do not service or repair water purifiers covered under an active AMC issued by the original manufacturer or another third party.

Out-of-Warranty Services: Our services, repairs, and spare part replacements are available exclusively for out-of-warranty and non-AMC water purification systems on a paid, pay-per-service basis.
